By June 14, 2011 Will Carleton

This week The Press Photo History Project has helped the production team of a Terence Rattigan documentary on BBC Four find the correct copyright holders for archive photos they wanted to use in the programme.

Laura a researcher on the documentary emailed us after google search for London News Agency Ltd – she wanted to use the image in the upcoming programme and was trying to clear the copyright. We were able to help (Corbis/Getty PA and Topfoto hold the collection between them) – Laura then set us to work on the other images she needed to clear:
Central Press Photos Ltd
London Express Pictures
P.I.C Photos Ltd
Paul Tanqueray Estate

If you own the rights to P.I.C Photos or know who owns it please contact us
